LC2 Little Champions

Building on LC1 fundamentals, LC2 students begin learning more structured Jiu-Jitsu techniques while developing discipline, confidence and anti-bullying awareness.

Skills and Self-Confidence

LC2 is where Jiu-Jitsu starts to take shape. Kids learn real positions and submissions in a cooperative, game-based environment that keeps engagement high.

Just as importantly, LC2 introduces anti-bullying conversations and conflict-resolution strategies in age-appropriate ways.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What's the difference between LC1 and LC2?

LC2 introduces more formal Jiu-Jitsu techniques while still keeping classes fun. The pace is slightly faster and expectations for focus are higher.

  • Is there sparring in LC2?

Not yet. LC2 focuses on cooperative drilling and games. Light, supervised positional sparring is introduced in the Juniors program.

  • How does Jiu-Jitsu help with bullying?

Children learn to recognise, avoid, and if necessary defend against bullying — without throwing punches. Confidence alone often prevents bullying situations.

  • When can my child move to Juniors?

Typically around age 10, depending on maturity and skill level. Our instructors will guide you on the right timing.
